Equipment provided with the cost of the program. Also included on demand is the stand alone 8 week Band Aid Volume 1 calisthenics course and the free bitesize bodyweight workout week. Predominantly aimed toward men and women over 40, former service veterans and people who have been involved in any other role or lifestyle that may have required them to be in good shape, and since leaving have fallen off with their fitness and would like a new challenge, one that would see them re claiming that former physical robustness and mental edge all the while doing it in a new and fun way, progressively mastering the body. gaining new found strength and fitness. All coached by a former Royal Marines Commando senior NCO, fitness trainer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt with years of experience in calisthenics training and resistance band development.
