Hi, the GotSport Live app is powered by the GotSport system, so to correct the issue of the parent-child relationship, we would need to make those adjustments in the GotSport system. Our customer support for GotSport Live is the same channel as GotSport. Please go to the following webpage, click on the support button in the bottom left, and submit a support ticket. Hi, you do not need to input your child's email or have them download the app. As a parent with a GotSport profile, you can use the same profile credentials to activate your profile and support your team. Once your child reaches the appropriate age, you can add a UserID/Email in their GotSport profile account and then your child will be able to use their email to log into their own profile to follow and support their team. Thanks to the reports from users like yourself, we were able to realize that some inbox providers were not allowing the verification code to go through. We have made adjustments and you should be all set to go and activate your profile. All the best.
