  • This is a miserable way to submit claims

    I cannot understand why BCBS makes this so difficult for users overseas. This is so much easier through the web portal, however that is broken so I’m stuck trying to navigate this. For others, even if you already have access to web portal you need to sign up for this service separately. It does not work for pharmacy claims. And then it has you download a claim form, fill it out, and take a picture of it. They had just improved this online by having you fill in information into a form and no longer necessitating scanning and uploading. Why are we back to this?
