Can’t even watch videos
I purchased the app and made two different subscriptions neither one of them gives me access to watch the shows . I was very excited to engage in watching the shows only to have my hopes up and it’s very disappointing. I hope this problem gets fixed .

Was working properly before now it’s took my money and I can’t watch it and no one reponds to emails so basically they are scamming

I paid for this my renew date is August 10th and is not allowing me to watch ep 9 of young and turnt keep saying not available with my prescriptionIt keep saying I’m not allowed to watch it. I am going to need for someone to send me my money back. ASAP!! I am not paying for a year subscription to watch this.

I love this network y’all doing y’all doing yall big one ,my only problem is the new episode came at 7/16 says that the video cannot be watched because it did not come with my subscription. What are y’all talking about because my subscription is paid in full baby this bug need to be fixed. I’ve been waiting on this episode all week on GROOVE!🧡

Good show, very entertaining
I had no problems signing up and paying. App works fine for me. The shows are entertaining and fun to watch. They get pretty crazy 🤣 Didn’t experience any the problems others are commenting about here about. Maybe the others here are just not very technically inclined.

They don’t put out shows frequently, even though we’re paying. When they do put shows out it’s hard to watch them sometimes because the video won’t allow you access. I emailed them to see why it won’t allow me to watch the shows, no response. I feel that the low budget networks rush to get their network out there just so they can get paid, instead of being concerned about the quality of the service they offer for their customers to watch.
