Previous app disappeared

I’m on the seven day trial. I wasn’t able to repeat the hypnosis on the second day. Also, I had previously bought the app. When I went to use it one day, I clicked on it, and it said that the app was no longer supported, and it disappeared. New previous users get any kind of a discount on this one?

Doesn’t work

One of the hypnosis (gastric bypass) stopped working. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling.
Giving up and cancelling subscription right now.

Buggy

Had this app for a few weeks now after signing up for a year long subscription - I wish I hadn’t. A number of the tracks simply won’t play: short trance versions sometimes, full versions never play. Just track listings in blue text that do nothing.

Update, I have received a message from the developers asking me to email them, but the address provided just bounces. Accordingly, have downgraded my score from a 3 to a 2. Appalling customer service.

That’s terrific, well done and thank you for the positive update.

Can’t use for sleep as moved to next track and wakes you up

I have tried to contact support for advice to fix this. Support doesn’t exist. It goes to a website that says they don’t support it anymore. Will be deleting the app not paying money to someone you can’t contact.

Thanks for getting in touch. On the Sleep program there are two versions of the Hypnotic trance titled 'with Wake Up' and 'with No Wake Up'. Please choose the one that suits.
