Update, I have received a message from the developers asking me to email them, but the address provided just bounces. Accordingly, have downgraded my score from a 3 to a 2. Appalling customer service.

Thanks for getting in touch. On the Sleep program there are two versions of the Hypnotic trance titled 'with Wake Up' and 'with No Wake Up'. Please choose the one that suits.
