Easy to use
I have never lifted weights or used resistance bands. I have always been a treadmill girl. But now I am heading to my fifties my bones are just not taking it. I decided to give this a whirl as I liked the idea it is portable and not bulky and it goes up to 90kg.
I have followed some of the workouts and couldn’t even do some of the moves even on the 5 kg band and thought they are having a laugh, but I’m on week four and I can now do the moves. I have now added another band in for some areas and enjoying it.
I haven’t really noticed any difference body wise or scale wise but I have body dismorphia, my clothes fit me though and I’ve been on holidays and they still fit so that’s a good sign!!!! 😀😀
Overall, I shall continue to use this and see how far I get with it.

Glitch proluxe
Glitches seem to be fixed now. So from 2* to 3* as the app could be a bit more fluid and some options don’t make sense. For example logging a workout - where do the logs go, to refer back to once you’ve logged??
Makes building up your fitness efficient & affordable
The cost of dumbbells, kettlebells or gym membership can be quite high but this system provides a neat, lightweight and surprisingly robust solution using resistance bands and a sturdy bar.
It packs into a bag for easy portability but perhaps the best thing about Gymproluxe is the app which provides easy-to-follow videos of workouts. I cast them to my smart TV which makes it even easier to ensure I’m doing things the right way & thus avoiding stress and strains.
I consider it to be a worthwhile investment in my health.

Great app
I’m a fitness newbie and the app has been great to learn how to do each workout correctly. Big fan of the leaderboard ladder this pushes me on as I want to be at the top!

App issues from the start
I’ve had my equipment for 3 weeks & still haven’t been able to access the app! First of all it didn’t recognise my email to sign up, so had to wait 10 days for my email to be added, eventually it recognised my email to then say I already have an account, so I try to reset my password and alas it doesn’t allow me to submit my password change! I’ve tried 6 different password changes, so now I have to wait 3-4 days to get a response for support! Not a great start!

Love the product… hate the app
Having purchased the band bar and set I’m very impressed with quality and usability of the equipment… the app however… keeps crashing… doesn’t look good. Workouts should be follow along. Sometimes a voice over is better. Look at asana rebel as an example of a much better thought out app. Must be making a fortune on the equipment. Invest some of that money in the app. Also distinguishing different workouts for different sets. Back to the drawing board Gymproluxe.

I see the Idea but its an unusable app
The app looks good but clearly feels like its in the beta stages, when you tap mark as watched, leave the app and come back again it still says mark as watched, I guess the simple solution is to write down which workouts you've already done but that feature is unusable as well as the checklist for the type of workouts you've done, again, the same problem.
Side note: the subscription is clearly not worth it as of yet. Also people who've bought the gymproluxe sets should be given at least 6 months to a year free premium as they've already paid so much for the set.

Promising but unusable
I signed in, signed up to a free trial and explored the workouts. I haven’t tried them yet but they look ok (shame they say ‘do this 4 times’ rather than doing the sets with you tough). Since then I haven’t been able to do it again. Every time I open the app it asks me to subscribe. Even though I have. If I click subscribe again anyway it crashes. I can’t see any of the videos. As it stands, I’m cancelling the subscription on day 1 without even being able to try it out unfortunately until the bug is fixed. 2 stars for the potential. Minus 3 stars for the fact that in its current state it doesn’t work

No sub till it’s fixed
App crashes every time I try to watch a video and you can’t watch in full screen, which renders it pretty useless really. Fix this and you’ll get a sub from me…
Update: Get a blank screen on both iPad & iPhone when trying to access workouts or personal trainers. Emailed the company with screen shots and have received nothing back… Absolutely disgraceful. Subscription cancelled!
