Not working for me
I have spoke with customer services explained I have rescanned the code 3 times, also no hidden times, as this is my son who I speak to daily and this way I know he’s ok (he has the app for friends m) and told me to get it so I didn’t panic when he’s out late. It’s picked up my daughter but not my son. Followed all of customer services advice and not working. Would happily pay if it worked on the trial
