Old app was better
The App takes an extremely long time to load. I’m having to constantly re-enter my card number and pin. The old app was so much better.Forever booked
I can’t even use this app
I really liked having my library app, but I can, because I can’t install IOS.16. on my phone because I have an older phone (iPhone 6s) which is really frustrating since I have to go to the website every time to manage my account. Edit: Ok, so I just realized that I don’t have to have IOS.16 to use the app anymore, yay!!Show lessLoserwithnocash
Crashes ALL the time
Ever since they updated to a new app, it crashes a lot. Reinstalling doesn’t matter. It makes you scan your card(s) and login with your pin every time. Since you have to use your card number, keep your physical card around. Loading the main page takes awhile. Or it will just freeze as a white page. The search feature doesn’t bring up all the results they actually have in the library. The whole app is very frustrating. I just want to see when my books are due and renew from home. Search option limited
The search option seems to be very limited and doesn’t bring back titles that I know they have. On the Libby app I can type in several words and it will find the titles with those words. This app doesn’t find the titles.Karen S 6430
