I love this game but it disappointed me and took my money. Don’t pay for the “Mystery Trip”.
I deposited money twice for one of the special deals but it didn’t unlock and give me what it was supposed to.

Real fun game deposited $6 to play won $25 tried to cash out, in withdrawal window it says u forfeit and bonus $$ diamonds $$ ect that u won playing this game. I can only withdraw $6.40 ish but wait a minute there is a charge fee to withdraw ur actual $$ that I deposited..

I have been emailing support almost everyday about the issue of tie matches being counted as a loss. This has happened to me 10 times now with loss of entry fees $30+. I have not heard back from anyone in support to advise on this issue. Love the game, can not handle the lack of support.scshanks
