QuakeAi will take your earthquake awareness to the next level. It utilizes an AI (Artificial Intelligence) service which analyzes every earthquake that occurs in Turkey and calculates the probability of future earthquakes to constantly inform you.
Key features:
1-) It uses the AI model we have specially developed to recognize the earthquake patterns in Türkiye,
2-) It analyzes each earthquake that has occurred and calculates the probability of each
earthquake to be a precursor to a moderate or large earthquake (a foreshock of an earthquake of magnitude 5.0 or higher)
in a region with a radius of approximately 200 kilometers within a month,
3-) It classifies earthquakes as "Green, Yellow, Orange or Red" according to the calculated risk score.
QuakeAi application works on the deep learning-based "earthquake pattern recognition model" that we developed specifically
for Türkiye, which is a first in the world. This model, which performs pattern analysis on historical data, analyzes
earthquakes that occur within the borders of Türkiye.
Purpose of the Model: To calculate the probability that an earthquake will trigger a medium or large earthquake in a region
with a radius of approximately 200 kilometers within a month, that is, the probability of being the precursor of an
earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 or above.
Earthquakes with low probability values, that is, below 25%, are classified as "Green".
Earthquakes with probability values between 25% and 50% are classified as "Yellow".
Earthquakes with probability values between 50% and 75% are classified as "Orange".
Earthquakes with a high probability value, that is, 75% and above, are classified as "Red".
The purpose of the QuakeAi application is not to predict the location and/or time of future earthquakes. The model calculates
the probability that an earthquake will be the precursor of a possible moderate or large magnitude earthquake. QuakeAi's
classification of earthquakes as "green, yellow, orange and red" is based on deep learning-based probability calculations
and should not be considered absolute results.
The "earthquake pattern recognition model" used by QuakeAi uses the deep learning-based "spatio-temporal earthquake
pattern recognition algorithm" developed by YZ Solutions.
The "earthquake pattern recognition model" used by QuakeAi is designed according to Türkiye's fault lines. It was trained and
optimized using knowledge of seismic activity in Türkiye over the last 25 years. Open data provided by "The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC)"
is used as the data source: https://www.seismicportal.eu/
To use the QuakeAi Mobile App, you must purchase one of our membership plans within the app. You can sign up monthly or annually to use
the service provided by QuakeAi. Memberships have an "auto-renewing" feature, meaning they are automatically renewed at the end of each term.
You can cancel your membership at any time via the link provided within the application or directly through the membership management
system on App Store. Membership cancellation proceeds through App Store membership management system and the rules herein apply.
In case of membership cancellation, no refund will be made for the remaining time in the current billing period.
If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to QuakeAi service until the end of the billing period, according to
the membership package you choose; at the end of the term, your membership will not automatically renew and your membership (your QuakeAi service access) will terminate.
