The app is great and there are a lot of options to mix it up. Love that I can do it on my time and not miss anything. The categories are a nice option depending on what I feel like for the day. Having the demos integrated with the instruction is very helpful as well. Highly recommend if you have a busy lifestyle or want to work out on your terms. There’s also a positive aspect to this program that doesn’t make me self conscious or empowers me to feel better about my health journey. Don’t have to worry about equipment being tied up at the gym or crowded spaces.
