This app is no cruft at all, it just does exactly what you want from it. I love using it to remind me to get up from my desk and stretch!

What a way to accomplish my New Year’s resolutions!
I’ve tried post-it notes and lists on the refrigerator—but those only work while I’m home. Finally, a friendly reminder that follows me around! I’m hoping with enough reinforcement from this app to incorporate new healthy lifestyle practices into my daily life. Love it!
