Weak software features

No scheduling for the Surfer S1.
No scheduling for the Scuba S1 Pro.

Does nothing

No explanation and from what I’ve seen so far, it does little to nothing. I’d like to know how to change the temp scale from C to F, but I don’t even see a settings option.

Hello, the latest version of the app has resolved this issue. You can download and use it now. You can find it like this: me -> setting -> Unit Settings.

Needs one thing

The skimmer robot is great & does what it needs to. The software needs a timer feature. It’s best not to use the skimmer while the pool equipment is running, as the robot gets in the skimmer & none of the equipment is happy. It would be perfect if you could set the surfer robot to start & stop at a certain time. Eg, set it to run from 6-8 am, before the pool filter equipment goes on. Then run again at say 6 - 8 pm, when the filter turns off. Perfect! Please put a scheduler into the software!

Aiper Surfer S1 Review

I received my Aiper Surfer S1 today. I fully charged it before placing it in the pool. I was impressed with the quality of cleanliness of the pool surface. I ordered the Aiper ScubaS1 first from Amazon. With the quality of cleanliness of the Aiper Surfer S1, I cannot wait for my Aiper Scuba S1 to get here. The Aiper duo will keep my pool looking pristine. I am sold on Aiper products.

Fonctionne parfaitement!

Application à trouver mon robot du premier coup..

Par contre je ne trouve pas intuitif les mode de nettoyage ça affiche seulement un logo et je ne connais pas la signification de chaque logo ..

J’aimerai que l’application soit compatible avec iPad pour une vision à l’horizontale .

Appli fonctionne sur mon iPad Pro mais je dois laisser en position verticale.

Awesome tech

Keep my pool surface clean at all times

Cannot connect to WiFi

Unable to connect to WiFi. Talked to the customer support. She asked me to restart my phone and “promised” to call back. She DID NOT call back. The unit I received looks like it’s been used and got scratches. Extremely poor customer service .

Waist of time

Well I downloaded the app, created the account, the app is unable to find my robot and the QR code “doesn’t exist “ for the app.

Trying to get customers service and “surprise “ doesn’t work either.

Needs a guide

App does the basics. Most icons are self explanatory, but some are not. Why does the app or the product manual not have any documentation on what the icons mean in the app? What is the picture of the sun next to the blu-tooth symbol? App support link does not direct you to Aiper support but rather its homepage. Is it really that hard to not have the link direct to the support page?
