I made an in app purchase for the golden pass and never received my rewards. I contacted support with proof of purchase receipt of the transaction. I was told the issue was fixed and would receive the rewards when I restart the game. Once I restarted, the rewards were still unavailable. I again contacted support and they told me that they will fix the issue. Still nothing. Now I can even open the game. It stays on the loading screen saying “skip download” or “submit bug”. I’m feeling completely ripped off and taken advantage of at this point and would like a refund asap!

Update: received and response and absolutely nothing was fixed. App had been deleted.

I actually like this game so far. But here is the problem. I purchased the starter pack and did not receive it. I even emailed support and still no starter pack.
