Content and Membership

This would be a lot better for the fans if it was ran more similar to Weverse, in the ways of what content we can see and being able to make posts. I can understand it better if in order to make a post ‘tagging’ a specific idol would require a membership, but if it isn’t possible to run it that way then it should be possible to get a membership all the time.

It says a code was sent to my number but it literally never does. It works fine for everyone but in Canada and America apparently

Verification Code is not working in Canada

First of all, you can't do anything if you don't pay - basically that's what my friends said. But I can't even pay because if refuses to send me a verification code to my number.
Like if you want my money for every single thing then at least make it work so that I can pay??

Doesn't work in Canada, don't download and let it eat your storage.

Money hungry! Don’t get this app!

It is so shameful the lack of care to STAY who maybe don’t have enough money or are currently struggling money wise. You need to pay for EVERYTHING! I installed it again not too long ago, only to uninstall it as nothing has changed. This company is greedy, point blank. All people wanna do is interact with the idols they love, but you can’t unless you buy the membership. Notice how it’s
mostly just SKZ where you have to pay for things. It’s because they know most users mainly bought it for skz, and they JUST want your money. It’s greedy and gross. I hope whoever is the owner of this app reflects and actually cares for the fans rather than the money. The company’s reputation is already depleting, and this isn’t helping.

How can I purchase and get a membership?

I just downloaded the app today and I’ve seen that o my Stays with a membership gets access to everything and I try to purchase one but the app doesn’t have the option to do so so how can i purchase it? Is there another website I should go to to get me a membership?

includes all groups

I installed the application to be able to know more about my favorite group but when I entered and searched, not all the artists were registered, such as:” BOY STORY”
And it seemed silly to me that they do not include the other artists who do their best to be recognized, it is not the first time this happens, but I ask that you take them into account from now on. Thank you!

JYPE STOP ASSOCIATING WITH ZIONISTS!!!!! FANS heavily censors ANY post with even a watermelon in it, even if it’s their own artists, by allowing unreasonable pro-Isr*al fans to mass report any pro-Palestine fans posts in the name of “protecting their artists” when JYPE has a HUGE track record of not caring about their artists protection and even actively harming them so they can be “perfect idols”. I’m sick and tired of this company pushing its agenda down both idols and fans throats, leading to both idols and fans that are against those agendas being in danger by those on the company’s side.

the quality is getting worse

i first downloaded fans when it came out, and it ran pretty smoothly, everything was free, etc. now you need the “stay 4th” membership (im on the skz community) to do ANYTHING (post, see posts, etc). they dont tell you HOW to get the membership and just running it is so frustrating. i tried deleting my acc, but when i made another account, it said my phone number was in my previous one so i couldnt make another account. i just wish there was a free app to talk to them, like weverse. anyway have a good day

full of censorship and your posts can be reported and removed for no reason or actual violation of any rules. after an unspecified amount of reports, your account can be terminated.

this app has become a breeding ground for disgusting hatred and zionism because JYPE is silencing fans who speak out on their connections to zionism. truly disgusting company with no regard for human life or compassion for those suffering

This used to be a very fun app. I loved interacting with other stays. However, the operators of the app decided it was okay to silence any fans who didn’t pay them by buying the membership. It’s absolutely useless without the membership. Not only do the operators silence their artists, they also silence their fans. Very shameful. JYPE, divest from Zionism.
