This app was an awesome boost to my mental and overall athletic performance as a combat sports athlete. I didn’t have time to do a big formal process of mental coaching and came across this app from a friend competing on a high level wresting team. He told me start with this instead. It is really easy to use, the goal setting and processing helped me the most. I think it is an important addition to most high level athletes. I’m really happy I added this into my training regimen and highly recommend.
