We’ve recently released an update addressing connection issues, and we'd love for you to try it. Please update the app, and if you continue to have trouble, don’t hesitate to contact our support team—we’re here to help! We also want to know the details error you got when connecting with the device, maybe an error because of an incorrect Wi-Fi type (must 2.4GHz) or the device requires a Hub(AppleTV, Apple HomePod,...) or use Thread Network. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we greatly appreciate your patience!

First of all, let me apologize for your bad experience. Our app is in development so it still has a lot of missing and some bugs. This public version is a Minimum viable product. So can you tell me more about your problem so we can do better in the next version? (ex: can't connect device, missing the logs, hard to use,...).
