Easily share information and documents between the landlord and the tenant of a home. Chat with the (rental) tenant about matters related to (the maintenance of) the home. Track your payments, view the manuals of the various devices in the home. Managing a rental property doesn't get any easier than this. Subscriptions: As a rental property owner, a Rental Home Owner Access subscription is necessary to create one or more rental properties. In-App purchases is only relevant for rental property owners and concerns a subscription for the use of an unlimited number of rental properties. Tenants of rental properties do not need to have a subscription to use My Rental Home. Depending on the subscription chosen, the purchase will be applied to your iTunes account for the duration of the agreement. Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same period as chosen unless canceled up to 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iTunes account settings.
