Love the concept!
I Love the concept, and love what I’m seeing from the app so far. It’s really useful to have a platform that helps me stay connected with those that matter in such a fast passed world. I can’t wait to see this continue to develop!
KINNECT Experience
I’ve been on KINNECT for two months now, following the founder, and it’s been fun to see the changes and updates. There’s nothing like this.
When you join, you can do the 14-day trial and sign up for the subscription to the individual or group option. The current feature (he shared that another is coming soon!!) lets you pick books that they created with chapters full of questions. We have to answer them in audio or video, and then once we finish the book, it’s shared in the feed for the family/group that was INVITED to see!!!
It is one of those things you do and immediately know will be unique and valuable now and later… because of #life.

what to expect
1) i think this is one of the only social apps meant for families because they have invite-only groups..pretty cool.
2) it’s clear (and the founder says it on the website) that they are new and working on things, but overall it’s pretty cool that my mom and dad can now record their stories here. i didn’t know about how my mom got her name or tbh i never really hear my dad talk about himself… now i have it 🥹
the best part is my parents can select audio, video or they can type their responses to the questions!! makes it easy for them to decide and fun for me to see which questions they decide to show their face or not 🤣
3) i like that it’s organized and once you go through it once, you don’t question what is what. so that’s good.
4) i’m against facebook and instagram, so if i want an alternative, gotta support these smaller brands when they need it the most.
feedback: keep going.

What’s the point?
Everyone has to buy food. I get it. I want to support the developer, but the app demonstrates very little to nothing of value besides account creation and all of a sudden I have to pay either 79 or 119 to continue?
And I saw that it’s a 14 day trial, but if I am gated from … filling out more information about myself, then why do it?
Value prop unclear. App design pretty janky imo.

Can’t really do anything unless you pay
I wanted to see if there was a free trial or have the ability to add a storybook or photos or anything at all to get a sense for if this is worth it or not. The idea is great but you can’t really try anything at all out without committing to $70-$120. Hoping that a free trial at least gets included in the future.

Great to connect with your Kin!
Very nice first user experience. Love the idea of connecting with and preserving media as a legacy for my Kin! Can’t wait to see how this product evolves.
