Did register with current TRV#
Installed the app and tried to register my current SIM card TRV number and didn’t accept it. I copied the number right off the current bill so I know that’s correct. Seems like a beta release and not ready for prime time.
Better But Not Ready for Release
I have the “latest version” for iPhone & iPad and there are some improvements from the past version(s) but there are still major issues. This is more pre-beta software. I haven’t found the version number so I can’t report the version I’m running.
1) The Update information section doesn’t show what was entered before so it’s more of re-enter information. What is saved is anyone’s guess. You have no idea what is on file. So much for finding out what debt/charge card you are using. 2) The app is buggy. I can’t tell you how may times I ended back on the Getting Started page or kicked out of the app after don’t something. 3) On the iPad the fonts on the station information pop-up is so large part of the information is outside the window. I can read the information in the window across the room without my glasses. 4) The iPhone seems to work reasonably well with 1Password but the iPad version doesn’t recognize 1Password at all.
Bottom Line: This is no where near the TechnoRV quality I’m seen in the past. Hopefully, this is only a once is a life time occurrence and not a trend. And a maximum effort is being expended to get this product right.

Locks every single time!
Before it was updated, it seemed to work OK now it does not work at all!!!
Login Resolved
After making sure I had the latest version of the app I noticed logging in with email presented issues. By logging in with google resolved my issues! Customer support worked with me and insured me they are working on a fix. Love TechnoRV and thank you for the work you put in to make things right.
Nope
This one is not ready for prime time. Don’t waste your time until they make some major improvements.
Absurdly useless
App has demonstrated itself to be absolutely useless. Doesn’t retain the payment info after I put it in, locks up frequently in “spooling” mode, haven’t been able to use it for a single purchase yet. Doesn’t retain or store my login data for the app on my iPhone so it’s a real b- - - - every time I try to use it. Which won’t be very many more times unless they can demonstrate a responsiveness to fix things.

Not ready for market
This app is not ready for market and lacks even the most basic of functions.
First you cannot store your username or password so you have to enter it every time. It doesn’t have Face ID unlock or any other way to access the app.
Second the program requires you to get an authorization code when you are at the station through the app and use that at the pump. I tried several times at 3 different stations and it denied and failed each time.
The program sounds nice and I hope they get it working. However, there are way too many hoops to jump through for it to not work at all.

They don’t need checking info
One reviewer was correct in that you can’t see any info until you register name, and payment info but they were incorrect in saying it’s a checking account. Pmt requires CC or debit card. I don’t like giving that out because too many opportunities for theft. I would, however use my checking account because I have a separate account set up for fuel and keep limited funds in it in case it became compromised.

Access to checking
I would imagine that this is a helpful program to belong but, they require that you provide access to your checking account before you can look at the price map in the app. Their chief competitor, Open Roads, doesn’t require any information before they let you look at the price map or belong to the program. Where it could be helpful is if they have discounts from truck stops that aren’t covered by Open Roads or cheaper prices at the same places as Open Roads. But you won’t know that till you give them access to your checking account.
