Poor UX and loading times
Jesus, fix this app. Poor UX and took me in total 20 mins to make a booking.
Payment before booking confirmation
This app needs you to pay for a package but the booking is not confirmed. When the booking is declined, the payment is not refunded and has a short expiry. The app also does not allow you to delete credit card information. Only add.

Same issue as above. I open and the app closes straight away…
Need to make it stable.
I can not make booking . I installed the app. The app would not open properly. The main screen disappears in one second after opening.
Booking experience from hell
Called up to book for my family and was told every single one of us had to make an account download an app and book separately. Naturally by the time all of that was sorted the 7 spots in the time we wanted had been taken and we had already paid for a package 💀 worst experience of all time
Painful booking
Both website and app are one long painful experience. Takes FORVER to book and can’t book for multiple people…
