Don’t bother
Liked this app at first and then shortly after purchasing a subscription it logged me out of the app and wouldn’t let me back in. Wouldn’t even give an option to log in or back out — it would only make me create a new account all over again. Smells a bit like a scam to me, which is really disappointing because I really felt it would be helpful for me and my kids.Show lesscnmr5678
I love it, but…
I really love it. It has some amazing insights. It’s a pretty aesthetic and intuitive app. The information is also some of the best. Loving that.
My issue is how often the app kicks me out. Since I have multiple kiddos, sometimes I have to go back to the app a few times a day to get all the info. I have to log in almost every time (when there is a gap of a few hours) and every single morning. It’s frustrating, and it’s making me rethink paying for this app. The content is AMAZING. But when it takes too many steps to get to said content, it’s a bummer. I also tried finding a “help” area in the app that I could communicate the issue directly with the people who develop the app, but I couldn’t find anything.Show lessPandaMom1015
LET ME CANCEL
This app is impossible to cancel if you get a trial subscription. They don’t respond to emails. The FTC is going to stop this kind of fraud and I am super relieved. Don’t take a chance, they will charge you for as long as they can and ignore your pleas for canceling.Eva Saelens
Info there BUT Cancellation process
Do not pay for trail or anything unless you want to be charged every month indefinitely. I have emailed twice regarding canceling and continue to get charged. Truthfully, I can’t remember, but you probably have to do a trail or something and put in your info to get the app in general, I immensely regret that.
If they could resolve this, I might rate app higher bc the info was there, but as of now this app is complete fraud.Show lessAce9117
Can’t Cancel
Try to cancel in app, says you must cancel in subscriptions. Not listed in subscriptions. This is the most annoying thing to me— it doesn’t have to be hard! If you don’t mind paying for an app you use every once in a while and can never cancel, this review isn’t for you.HonestReviewsDani

Can’t get into the app
I gave it a 3 star because I don’t know what it’s like if I could get in. But the home page is on a never ending loop of just saying “star child” I downloaded the app, entered my kids and I’s info. Then I clicked the “bring to our charts” button and I can’t get any further than that. I’ve closed out the app and restarted and I also deleted the app and redownloaded it but nothingShow lessoppsms

I’m not sure what calculation this app uses for charts, but it put important placements (sun, moon, etc) in the wrong houses. I prefer equal house calculations myself, but this isn’t even a Placidus chart. Unfortunately as astrology has become more popular, so has astrology misinformation. I would hate for people to be misguided by faulty charts. There are better apps out there, especially for the price.Show lessWinter_belle

Hey! We share your loathing of inaccurate astrology info out there — but our charts are super accurate. We use the Whole Sign house system, which is almost certainly why you're seeing a discrepancy between what you see on your chart in our app and what you might be used to seeing. There are different ways of organizing charts, so they can look slightly different in some ways. But all the signs/placements themselves should be the same in any house system, so all the insights and guides and everything in the app is still be just as accurate and useful!
