Hey! We had a bug for a minute, but it's fixed now. You definitely shouldn't have this problem again! We're still new and working out the kinks. Not a scam, just, ya know, being human and flawed.
I love it, but…
My issue is how often the app kicks me out. Since I have multiple kiddos, sometimes I have to go back to the app a few times a day to get all the info. I have to log in almost every time (when there is a gap of a few hours) and every single morning. It’s frustrating, and it’s making me rethink paying for this app. The content is AMAZING. But when it takes too many steps to get to said content, it’s a bummer. I also tried finding a “help” area in the app that I could communicate the issue directly with the people who develop the app, but I couldn’t find anything.

If they could resolve this, I might rate app higher bc the info was there, but as of now this app is complete fraud.

Hey! If you signed up on the website, you have to cancel on the website, not the app. Not our rule — it's Apple's rule. If you subscribed via your app, you have to cancel in the Subscriptions section of your phone settings. Again, this is not our rule. I wish we could do it differently, but it's just not up to us! That said, if you email us, we definitely respond to you and make sure you get successfully cancelled. We can't make it as easy as we want, but once we tell you how to do it, it's actually not that hard. We certainly are never trying to force anyone to stay subscribed. That is so frustrating! We aren't able to replicate the error you encountered on web but it looks like your version of the app is outdated.
