Support run around and FAILURE TO HELP.
I have been enjoying the game up to this point.
The game had a large error against me, which has led me to fall behind in game.
I sent all screen shots and answered all questions to Support. They gave me run around, basically saying I’m lying (without using those exact words). I was told to wait for response, then they erased the ticket.
I won’t spend another penny on the game if they can’t fix their games mistakes.
1 Star until they fix THEIR MISTAKE.

Do not play this game this is why!
I played through season 1 and now thats on season 2 it’s even much worse. The reward system doesn’t make sense at all. You want a game where you spend quite a bit of money to have the same weapons drop again and that’s not even the worst. They intentionally made the odds In there favor so you can keep spending money on this game. If you play with out paying money it’s gonna take you so much time and not even able to participate in activities because of low power level unless you spend a lot of money. I stopped playing at level 114 abyss score almost 4,000. It wants money. The rare weapons don’t do anything other then sit in a box while your hoping for better weapons to drop for you but they won’t.
Try for your self and you’ll see that this game is trash. You’ll end up deleting because you won’t want to spend money to just move up. Trust me. I’m gonna request all of my money back from this trash game. If could give negative stars I would.

PAY 2 WIN
Progress becomes extremely slow waiting for levels to unlock upgrades & just boring. To acquire any powerful weapons you need to spend ££££s in order to get them. Prime showdown is not fairplay at all due to this problem cannot compete with teams which are employing much higher quality weapons as teams should be matched based on weapons and team power as its just ridiculous and this goes for the sky tournaments as well. This game is focused on players who will spend ££££s Greedy greedy rip off

Shady business doesn’t give you what you paid for.
I really liked the game. In fact, I liked it so much I dropped about $2k on the game. I spent the money on the guaranteed weapon event. Now, I fully understand that when you perform 300 weapon digs, you can get a guaranteed weapon. This is a different event. However, on the special weapon event, it states that when you do 90 weapon digs, you get the guaranteed weapon that you selected. It worked a few times, but about 7 other times it gave me something entirely different. I have the dig record to prove that I didn’t get it and despite letting customer service know, they just avoided to help me and told me I had to do 300 digs to get the weapon I wanted, which I repeat is a different event. They have decided to ignore the ticket and haven’t responded. I was ready to drop another $500, but with this experience, I will definitely not be spending any money anymore. This goes to show that they don’t even like the players that spend money on their game and they aren’t willing to correct their mistakes. This is the most genuine representation of shady business practices. GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!! I have proof of the redirection and lack of willingness to correct the situation.

Devs tanked accounts.
Played 6 days. Devs implemented a catch up boost to new players along with returning players than took it away 2 or 3 days later. However not only did they reset your level back to the day they implemented the catch up but they also kept your updated main story progress as to not allow you to get the bonus experience gained from completing the main story mission for the first time. This makes the level gap even wider for new players as they cannot receive the bonus main quest experience for the next 15-20 levels and have a slower grind than those not effected by the catch up which literally ranked all accounts made in the new servers. Never seen Developers of a game ruin game for new players like this. It would be easier to create a new account to level up and catch up if it wasn’t for the fact I spent a bunch already on the account the developers ruined.

Buggy event and disregard of player progress
The season 2 was rushed with 3 days notice. Sky battle series weren’t available with any explanation, joint and rift are both bugged, people randomly got unfair level up. The dev then decide they will take a way more than what they gave and call it compensation. I would warn you against playing this game if you plan to grind for the top - they don’t care if they messed up your progress. Lastly, gatcha mechanism is also preying on players to spend thousands. Hope they will do better to keep up is IP.

Was so good
This was a good game I grinned since it came out never paid anything just good ol fashioned time and effort. Before the update my power level was 700,000 after the update it went to 760,000 cool than I finally used all my gems coins experience pick axes and core orbs raids and everything that I was saving up because I thought this would be the best time after using all my resources my power went to 810,000 kool right? I wake up the next day to my power levels being back to 700,000 thousand with all of my attachments for the players and the weapons being removed. After taking the time to add everything back which was not ez or fun (iykyk) I got it back to 760,000. Than I get an inbox saying my power was abnormally higher than what it should or been this game was great up until that point for me so if you just downloaded in the last couple weeks be careful this game will cheat you

Game, is overall, one of the best I’ve played.

Most recent update/boost
This screwed a lot of existing players over. I went from enjoying this game and excited about new update to about uninstall and request a refund. This is crazy was already struggling to maintain power without having to spend over 300 usd but now shattered hopes. Went from being on elite team to ano it to be replaced by people that put half the effort into the game. They just rewarded the people wrong way and complaining about it and slapped those in the face that understood the assignment and spent resources in the correct places. Absolutely disgusting. you think 2 hams makes up for 180 sapphire a day spent on stamina for cores instead of pickaxes? Now so far behind them this is not okay. Y’all just going to let us hang to dry and never address this just ignore until we start spreading the word to 1 star you here and request money back and when you have enough chargebacks from google and Apple you will realize the bull you pulled was wrong.
