My review on the online video downloader app

It’s too slow for me when I try to download YouTube Shorts with it. Whenever I try to download a YouTube short with this app, it takes a long time and it gets stuck at 0% for more than 15 hours. Not when I download YouTube videos with this app. Do you know what this issue is? And the Rate us! feature in the app’s settings doesn’t do anything at all.
