I have enjoyed this app for a few days. It’s great if the host is good about refilling their stations. HOWEVER, I have run into a station where the food has been out including snacks since as far as I can tell a whole day ago. The cats have waited by the station and nothing comes out. I paid money to give them snacks and again nothing came out. There should be a report button or a way to contact a help service. It also looks like a room that the station is in and I am concerned the cats are stuck in there and this is their only way to eat food. I’ve emailed the business email TWICE with no response. Very concerning.

While this feature is available in our local version, it is currently absent in the international version. We will address this in future updates!I downloaded it and thought it was amazing and a dream come true as I’m an animal lover and have four cats of my own. Then I started seeing cats showing up injured, or dying. I decided to dig and do more research about the project. They do have good intentions, but there is a ring of cat killers in China that use these feeders to kill and mutilate the cats and kittens. China does not have any animal abuse laws. Please don’t support this. There are many YouTube videos that explain why not to.

The Cat House is equipped with three cameras and a 24/7 live streaming feature, allowing you to monitor their living environment and health conditions from every angle. We have carekeepers and staff in the local version app to take actions if there's emergency.It’s amazing but there needs to be a way to report one of the stations for being out of food or water!

Sorry about the unpleasant experience! There was a bug a few weeks ago, but it was fixed within a few days. Could you please try it again?American phone numbers have 10 digits, only lets me type in a number with 11 digits in it so I can’t make an account

Sorry about the unpleasant experience. You can still log in using a 10-digit phone number. Our current limit is 11 digits, but we are working on improving this!I want to feed the kitties but I don’t feel comfortable entering my credit card info directly on the app.

i don’t tend to write reviews but the concept and fun of this app is so fun like whenever your feeling bored or down just spend a dollar and give a cat at a feeder some treats and it’s the most adorable thing in the world
