I would like to let you know thanks to Tanya I found a way to drink water because I hated drinking plain water and now I am feeling a whole lot better annoying that I am hydrated every day which helps me keep up with the kids. I take care of as an ABA therapist and them seeing me drink water every day has helped them more water.
