This app truly enhances the library experience! While it had some bumps early on, which is to be expected with a complete overhaul, it’s now running smoothly and delivering fantastic features. App Doesn’t Work
I’ve updated to the new app and deleted and reinstalled the app. It pops up and closes again. Doesn’t work at all.
Won’t open / crashes
I’ve installed, deleted, and reinstalled 5-6 times and it wont even open. The app was working until about 3 weeks ago. So essentially it’s useless.
Frequent user
At first the app was amazing! Over the last two weeks it has been nothing but glitches. Please update

App Crashes
The app consistently freezes when attempting to place a hold on a book, rendering it unusable. 📚❌
holds
hi, when i click “place hold” it throws me out of the app and restarts so i can’t put any books on hold. please fix because i can’t go to the library everyday and there’s no other way to save books for myself. thanks!
Doesn’t tell your position in Libby holds
The app doesn’t let you know what your position is in Libby holds. It also doesn’t have the What’s Available category.
Can’t use app without enabling notifications
As another reviewer noted you can’t get past the non stop pop up asking you to enable notifications. Click not now and the box will keep popping up. App going in the trash.
