Eating 30 or more plants a week increases the diversity of your gut microbiome. The more different plants you eat, the better for your overall health. Plant Counter helps you count your weekly number of plant based foods. A plant is any food that has been grown. Vegetables, fruits, whole-grains, legumes, nuts and seeds and herbs are all plants in this regard. Plant Counter also keeps statistics for your weekly number of plants, so you can easily keep track of your streaks and progress. It also tracks what plants you eat the most of. The app is a one time purchase whereafter you will keep it for life. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no adds. All your data is stored locally on your phone and not shared with anyone. Features: - Lets you easily track how many and what plants you eat per week. - Lets you edit or delete plants you have registered. - Keeps track of the plants you have already registered (also in previous weeks) and offers an autocompletion list for easy entry. - Statistics for every week that show whether you have reached your goal or not. - Statistics for what plants you eat the most of.

Reviews of Plant Counter

Not worth £5.99

It’s just a glorified spreadsheet - you have to manually type in the food, no option to browse different plant types, it recognises anything you type as a plant food - I tried it out with ‘chicken’ and it added it as a counter. Not worth the money and frustrated that I spent that much on it.
