False Advertising

App will try to trick you into thinking it offers a “3 day trial”. If you try to subscribe though it will not actually offer that and will try to bill you the full amount of the subscription. Watch out!

Don’t be fooled. There is no free trial. SCAM.

The app said I would get a 3-day free trial but instead when I approved it, I immediately got charged $9.99 for a week. I immediately requested a refund and reported this app for scam. I got rejected by Apple for a refund! I never even used this app because I was turned off by the fact that I had to pay $10 just to try it!

Fraud

App advertises a free trial that auto-renews and bills $10 at the end of the trial, but when you purchase it you get billed immediately, before you can even cancel. I saw someone else complain about the same thing and the developers completely ignored it in their response. They will probably do the same here. Also not worth $10 per week at all, the lip syncing doesn’t even work.

Took my money - BE AWARE

Signed up for 3 days trial. Cancelled same day as doesn’t do what I need. Charged $14?????? False advertising. Where’s my 3 day trial????

They charged me whilst not having a subscription and they lied about offering a free trial. Also have not responded to my complaints Also, 12.99 for a week is absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend

Don’t do IT

I downloaded this and thought I was getting the 3 day trial but it signed me up for a year. No
Refund now!! I tried to
Record a video myself on my iPhone and have it translate and it doesn’t work. Save your money!!!

False advertising

Signed up for the “free trial“ and was charged $10 promptly. I already went into my phone settings and canceled the subscription, but that is not the point, it was advertised as a three day free trial, which was false. Also, the functionality of the app is poor, very bad quality and takes long to process… would not recommend. Already disputed the charge.

False advertising

A supposedly free trial wasn’t free after all and was immediately billed 9.99. On top of that, the app didn’t do a good job with their lip syncing functionality - looked really bad compared to their ads. False advertising on two accounts.
