  • Cant delete samples

    Loving this app, however I’m unable to delete any of my samples. I’d also love to see more
    categorise with fantasy creatures as I am a dragon lover 😁

    Hey there, there is no space restriction so you should be able to generate more samples. Send us an email through the "contact us" link at the very bottom of the "my avatars" section in the app please and we'll be happy to look into your specific case :)

    Hey there, apart from the free samples for every theme you can always watch ads to generate more images, so there is no need to pay :)
  • Where are my pictures?

    App froze in the middle of downloading and there’s no way to recover or get my money back! 😡

  • Great but expensive

    Wish there was a monthly subscription fee rather than packs! Great though except sometimes glasses distort and hands look Oompa Loompa -ish (tiny).

    Thank you Yvonne, we decided to go with packs instead of subscriptions because a lot of people feel very intimidated by yet another subscription but we can totally understand that preferences vary. :)

    Hey Valency99, thanks for your feedback! It should be working with ios 17.4. However we did experience a stability issue over the weekend and therefore released an update yesterday. Could you please update to the latest RetroLens version and send us an email to support@retrolens.ai if the problem still persists? We'd love to help fix it.
