Pay for a form?

I want to create one form for my work and you expect me to pay yearly to use it. Time to make my own.

They expect $5.99 per week for this app!!

I’m tired of apps that take advantage and charge an arm and a leg to have a simple document others can use or sign !! 1.99 I would understand but, when all this app does is allow you to turn any form into your own and they charge $6.00 per week to do nothing!??? Thats insane! No thanks!

Charged me 80 dollars

Keeping this review up until I can get a refund or at least some sort of acknowledgement from this company. I started a free trial, thought I cancelled it, only to be charged 80 dollars. I submitted an Apple refund request to no avail, I sent an email to the company behind the app to no response, this is my last resort
