Auto pay
While I'm enjoying easy access to my mortgage loan, i wish the auto pay were easier to access! I've been trying for months to change my dates but it will not give me that option. I've called several times...Rozy😊

There is no way this app has a 4.7 out of 5 rating. Making my payment was so much easier through the website. Every time I enter the code it just gets stuck on that spinning wheel of death. Website was better. Period.
This was so much easier to do through the website and drastically less tedious. You seem to have missed the point in creating an app. What used to take basically two steps; logging in and making a payment now seems to take about 1/2 a dozen. You have made it a unnecessarily cumbersome to give you my money. Please rethink this.Show lessTired. Of. This.
Why do I need a code every time I login?
I use two factor authentication. Why do I need a code in addition? Sometimes can’t login even with the code.nurse calendar

Shouldn’t have to read the T&Cs every time
I agree with the other reviewer; you shouldn’t have to open and acknowledge the T&Cs every time you want to make a payment. The first time, sure, but not every time after.Alizabee
