  • Mini games so frustating

    Stuck so many times and so different

  • Stuck

    I started playing this because I so enjoyed the New York Mystery series. This one is less immersive, but I was still enjoying it until I got stuck looking for weights in the forest. I’ve visited every area and clicked all over the scenes and I still can’t find the last weight. Walkthroughs apparently aren’t helpful because the locations of the weights can vary. Maybe I’m overlooking something, since I don’t seem to see any other reviewers with this issue. I don’t think it’s a ploy to get me to buy coins to skip the puzzle but I could be wrong. In any case, I’m frustrated and giving up.

  • Need puzzle help but fantastic games

    I have placed all the CE versions thus far of Lost Lands and I saw this new game so gave it a try. Love all the voices, details, etc. Really beautifully done! My only reduction of a star is because there is absolutely no help for the puzzles. Most of them I had no idea how to solve. I had to go online for a game play through help article on many of them. Some of them I just forwarded past since I paid for this game option. Keep it up devs, just please tell us how to play the games!

  • Confusing puzzles

    I like mystery games and was doing pretty well until I got to a gate with a confusing logic puzzle where you have to move colored objects around. I never liked those unrealistic kinds of puzzles and have never been good at them. ( who on earth would have a gate like that?) as soon as I saw it , I deleted the game because instead of enjoyment, it would’ve met hours of utter frustration. I’m not saying a game should be easy, but I never liked those kind of crazy logic puzzles that make no sense in the game.

  • The best mystery game I’ve played

    I’ve played A LOT of games in this genre and either they’re lacking in story or the mechanics aren’t good. This one is just so well done. The voice actors are great, the puzzles are challenging but not tedious. The storyline is entertaining but believable. I love games set in Victorian England and this one just ticked all the boxes. The generic sounding title made me think to not expect much but I was soo pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is that there aren’t more games in this series.. yet? I hope? Devs, you guys are amazing. Thanks for making a fantastic game.

  • Really good game

    It would be more helpful if it had instructions particularly on the puzzles.
    Unfortunately, I cannot get the insect spray from behind the ferns, sooo frustrating. Will probably have a few more goes and then decide whether to delete.

    Hello! This time we tried to make the goal in each puzzle explicit or so that it would not be difficult to guess what you need to do. We thought it would be more interesting that way.

  • Could’ve been better…

    FIVE-BN GAMES make some of my favorite games. This new one, however, was not one of them. I love how they always have morphing and collectables to look for, however, they changed things up so that the collectables aren’t all on the main screen, as they always are. This time they can be on the main screen or another within the screen. This really irritated me because I like to find the morphing and collectables as soon as I enter a new scene but was unaware of this new change which caused me to waste a lot of time searching for something that wasn’t there. Please, don’t do this for future games. It’s an unnecessary waste of time. Why change something that doesn’t need change?
    Besides that issue, the game was good, as they always are but just not my favorite. I lost interest in the story after some time. I’m not sure if it was due to the collectable issue or the story itself. All other series are much better, imo.
