I really like this game but the jigsaw puzzles are so glitchy I can’t complete them. The pieces disappear and I can’t get any further. I hope this is fixed soon or I have to stop playing.

I know you have to make them too but I cannot find the materials to make them that are only available on that island. I’ve cleared out the entire island and still nothing! Guess I won’t be getting past that island. That’s a bummer. There’s no point in playing it now.

I like the game it’s cute but the glitching is bad. One of the puzzles is missing a piece so I can’t move on from it and collect energy. Also now today I can’t even collect any resources. I hate the glitching 😢

For example, when trying to assemble the buildings, I will spend so long trying to get the piece to glow, even though I know it’s in the correct placement it won’t work, so I’m not able to complete the puzzle. :(

Thank you for your patience and support!I enjoyed playing this game on my phone, but wanted to enjoy on iPad. However, I can’t get it to work. It claims there isn’t enough memory on my device, but there is 100GB free. It worked fine on my phone that had the same amount of space available. My iPad is up to date on iOS 15 and the game says it only requires iOS 12 and the App Store states it’s compatible with the iPad. The game website has no where to report this issue so I’m leaving a review in hopes of getting help. Thanks!

There might be a misunderstanding regarding the issue, and I'd happily clarify. To ensure smooth gameplay, we require the iPad's RAM to be more than 3GB. This is different from storage space. We appreciate your understanding.I love this game however I believe it has glitched for me at the garden swing an gateway arch just nothing there but can’t go forward so super sad about that
