Good app

This is the first time I have ever tried kind of this app and it makes to easier to manage, monitor and better for health

Mindfulness

Just recently started using onebreath and already see a difference in myself. The session that has opened my eyes the most has been “Single Tasking.” I had no idea how often my brain would get distracted by every little thing until I started trying to focus my senses and intention on a single task. I go back to it every day to remind myself and see if there are any more insights I can get with fresh eyes.

I use this app every day, the UI is sleek and simple, i just wish they’d add a dark mode option.
The app seems to be in early stages, so im always looking forward to new features.

An eye opener

I didn’t realise how there were apps out there that could make such a difference to my life. I always knew that taking deep breaths would help my well being but by using this app I have learnt so much more. It’s clear and informative and has helped so much in being calm and sleeping better at night. I use to have nervous jolts from built up stress but this app seems to have helped me overcome this.

At First Skeptical, but Later...a believer

Before discovering Onebreath, I really didn't think much about apps touting their effectiveness. Some were too complicated, other too simple; never giving much real feedback.

I came across OneBreath and figured, what the heck. I'll give this one a try, but it will be like all the others.

Well, talk about shaking me into reality, this app is wonderful. It's easy, and keeps me on track. it's helped me considerably. Been stressed due to a sudden, unexpected hearing loss, and this has kept me focused and reducing my self induced stress.

I suggest you try it out. I am absolutely certain you wil agree with me.

In the end, I love this app, and it's my goto to keep me stress free.
