Love that I can now see all the desi products on one single platform and can reliably order from there as well. I’ve placed multiple orders from LAAM and always had a great experience.
I received ripped clothing and very bad cheap fabrics I don’t recommend this app for any type of clothing for any season.
Horrible customer service. They never refund money. I repeat never. Bunch of liars and scammers.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LAAM Apps. I placed an order for clothes on May 20th, expecting the delivery within a week as advertised on their website. However, it has been several weeks, and I have yet to receive my order.
To make matters worse, the tracking information falsely indicates that my order has been delivered, which is not the case. This misinformation is highly frustrating and unacceptable. Despite reaching out to customer service, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution.
I would not recommend LAAM Apps to anyone due to their poor service, lack of reliability, and false advertising.

It’s such a difficult app to use
Once you select the dress n click back it takes u back to the first page n u have to scroll all the way down n when u try to check out it just ask u for some otp in the num u cannot select out of Pakistan
It’s such a an annoying app
Horrible app. So many bugs. Can’t press back button without being returned to top of page again. Freezes very often. Very slow and disorganized.
I had the most disappointing experience with Laam. Not only was the customer service shockingly rude and unhelpful, but they took forever to even respond to my inquiries. They also blatantly lied about shipping dates, promising delivery by certain dates only to leave me waiting indefinitely. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
just like the website the app also has the same glitches, every time i scroll it takes me right back to the top, if i click to look at something and go back to look at more it’ll start me at the top again. these are issues laam has always had, its annoying shopping on this website.
