i love this game, and the unique peek feature makes it even better. the buttons aren't confusing like many other games, it doesn't have those annoying pop ups on your screen asking you to buy things, and it has many different choices to customize the game how you like it.
with the night mode, i can see the cards better at night, or just generally when i want the cards to be darker. i also like in the night mode that i can change the background and still have the cards and card backs be the same. it's very helpful to me, aka a person who loves having the option to customize whatever i want whenever i want.
the button's aren't confusing at all, as well. a lot of the time, i'll download a new solitaire game and all the icons are small, hard to find, and difficult to understand the vocabulary. but with this game, it's simple. you just press the menu buttons and get 5 options- daily challenge, random shuffle, winning deal, restart, and statistics. they're easy to understand and large enough for anyone to see.
another amazing thing for me is that the timer doesn't start until you move a card. and, it doesn't have a countdown, so you don't feel rushed to play a game that's supposed to be relaxing. many other games will start the timer right away and will immediately start counting down which isn't great for me, a person who tries to finish quickly.
the one of a kind peek feature allows players to see the face down cards. while some may consider it cheating, i consider it useful. you can use it in the middle of the game to debate what card you should play, or later in the game to decide what card you shouldn't have played. or you could use it at the end of the game to see what card you needed and what pile it was in. then you can restart with your new knowledge on what to play.
the only thing that upsets me is that when you are completely finished with the game and you press auto complete, the kings will move around to different piles, creating more moves, which isn't great for people who want to get a new high score.
other than the last thing- this game is my favorite solitaire game. after playing this one, it feels weird to switch to a different one, like the other game is incomplete or it doesn't feel right. that's all! thanks for reading this far!See, BAD APP
