I like the game, but not many gem options to play.
Must deposit before withdrawing.
Spent a few hours on this app building up a small amount of $ to check the withdrawal process. Once they took all my information, and I was ready to hit the withdraw button, a prompt popped up asking me to deposit before withdrawing.

No customer service contact
I downloaded this game because I like to play solitaire and obviously am motivated by money to keep playing lol. If you’re like me and don’t put money on games like this, you will enjoy this app because they do give lots of bonus cash. The problem is that when you win a cash game using your bonus cash, you’re winnings are not put into your withdrawal cash. I’ve seen a few times times that it goes into my withdrawal cash, but it’s only a small fraction of my winnings. there’s multiple places within the app that say that you can contact customer service but on the page that is specifically to contact customer service it only says click here and there is nothing to click so you cannot report these issues. I personally don’t mind it because like I said, I’m not putting in my own money or expecting to be able to withdraw anything. but if you are, you’re gonna get really frustrated with this game and there is nobody to report the issues to. I hope the creator see this review and hopefully fix that issue because it really is a fun game.

This game is eh
It’s fun to play but it’s really glitchy…I would start play a cash game and then out of the blue it’ll reshuffle right in the middle of my game! Super frustrating! Then it won’t let me click on any of the games to actually play. So I guess I’m just going to uninstall this game.

Can’t withdraw any winnings, you win but unfortunately can’t do anything with that because they don’t let you withdraw anything. Fun to play but don’t plan to make any money. Also once you get past a certain amount of times winning, they fix it so you don’t win anymore .. You win in the beginning and start earning cash but they stop it and make sure you lose it all before you win again.. SCAM!!!
