  • Mediocre app

It was good to have access to the schedule on our phones, but the app never worked right. I visited the app booth on the first day and the CSR was helpful in getting an email issue fixed. But the app never worked correctly once it was set up on my phone with the correct contact info. This could also be an issue for any districts that registered multiple people under one contact. I couldn’t save any of the sessions to my schedule, received an error each time, so I don’t have the opportunity to provide feedback on any of the sessions I attended. It also wasn’t convenient to return to the app booth with so many other requirements on our time. When I did return to the booth, there was no one there to help me. Also, due to the time it took for folks to work out the technical issues, I ended up missing an entire session and most of a second session on Sunday. There were so many great sessions offered on Tuesday at 11:15, but hardly anything on Monday. Why not spread them out a bit more so we get our money’s worth at such an expensive conference? I would have attended several more. Also, the last session I attended was very far away from the other activities, and there was no sign posted outside the door with the session name, like all the other rooms had. Many people were confused about whether they’d found the correct room or not.
