Good app just terrible customer service and long withdrawal wait times
The app is good but if you have ANY issues it takes hours if not days to get a response and the worst part is the withdrawal wait times, I have been waiting over 4 days for my withdrawalSports321

Good luck if you need to chat with support, currently have been waiting 6+ hours just for someone to respond after telling me they would have a chat agent reach out to me. How do you expect people to get verified or whatever your requirements are when you cannot get ahold of the support. Other than that its a good app besides waiting hours upon hours in between messages from support. Get it together, there are plenty other apps that have 24/7 chat support not one that ive used does this.Show lessrekotbad99

0/10 would not recommend, collect your bonus bets and immediately delete is my recommendation. Only options are MLB, NHL, and NBA. Not to mention I’ve been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal to hit… too many other options that offer quick withdrawals, better odds and more gambling options…Big Hoss42069

So I downloaded underdog fantasy a while back and was using the app which was fine it worked good and everything never had any issues. Well last week underdog came out with this app and I saw where they had the bet 5 get a 100 in bonus bets promo so I signed up after I signed up it said my account needed to be verified. I did everything and it told me it couldn’t verify me so I would have to do it through customer service which was fine. I started the process with the bot and sent everything asked of me by the bot. They told me I would be reached out to within 5 hours. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything and the guy Wyatt from customer service is no help at all. I’ve texted the customer service thing 10 times and have yet to receive a response I sent a picture of my ID AND OF ME HOLDING THE ID LIKE THEY ASKED. I haven’t had no help with this app. In all honestly ur better off using FanDuel or sleeper or prize picks or draft kings because there customer service is quick and actually helps u instead on leaving u on delivered and being rude. This app is so bad when it comes to customer service it’s not even funny. So if ur reading this I wouldn’t waste my time nor money on this app. They do not care one bit about you. I’m deleting this app. And to think this all started because y’all’s customer service is so badShow lessnickkelly2255

Nonexistent Customer Support
Just stick with draftkings or fanduel. Tried to deposit a couple of times to try and take advantage of the 1k first bet mulligan. Wouldn’t accept my deposit. Sent multiple emails to support who never fixed the issue. No phone number to even contact to try and get on the phone with themThomas_NC2024
