Have to buy in order to use
There are other buttons other than the volume button that don’t but that’s the most annoying. I’ve tried troubleshooting options and no luck. You pay $18 for a years service and their customer service is terrible too. I’ve emailed and not heard a thing. If they don’t fix this, I’m disputing this charge with my bank.

Um kept saying find devices
Rarely do I leave a review but… needed a remote because my power button stopped working. Downloaded this app and it only finds my tv 50% of the time. When it finally does find my tv on my WiFi connect, it simply doesn’t connect. Ever! Over this scam app. Do not waste your time.
