Unbalanced and calm down on the ads!
Game been going great but I realised that the actual boss of each level is really really weak compared to the waves. I nearly die from a pair of them but i kill the boss as soon as it hits the screan.Danbot02

12 yrs in game development, I regularly spend hundreds on mobile games, I spend it on starter packs, battle passes, extras, bonuses, and the occasional ad removal if the game is worth it. I set myself one rule: No spending until I’ve played for 3 consecutive days.
That said….Yikes. There are games with ads then there is this. Don’t be fooled. That first day of playing is great. You’ll go far and have a good time. Second day? It feels like it gives your phone cancer with so many ads. 3 forced ads to finish one match. Want to select one of the 3 options to upgrade your pills? Watch an ad. Want to mildly speed up the gameplay for a very short period of time? Watch an ad,. Want to get rid of ads? You have two options. Eff and That. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game so you can’t tell if there is a good game behind all the ads.
There are games with ads, then there are ads with games loosely put behind them. This is the latter and it’s awful.
Bang. Survivor and Ninja Defenders are the same game but built with far less ads and give you a very enjoyable experience worth spending money on. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this to anyone.Show lessSpyder1212
The Ad System is Greedy
This game is pretty decent. Avoiding how bland the game generally is, it’s pretty fun. However, there is a point in the game where battles become IMPOSSIBLE unless you watch an ad. Unless you want to lose over, and over, and over until you somehow get lucky enough to win, which makes this game so much less fun. The fact that to unlock some abilities for a pill during a match makes you watch an ad to gain it for only that battle, that really ticks me off because no one wants to watch an ad just to unlock something for a battle that they will end up losing anyways… Something’s that need to be unlock, like the points to upgrade your pills can only be collected from beating new levels, the ranking system, and quests. Beating new levels is the only real efficient way to unlock those points, so when beating new stages becomes impossible, what do you think happens? This game has really good potential… It truly does. But the ad system that this game uses greedily really does a number on how fun this game is. At the very least, make waves in battles go one at a time, instead of just constantly goin thorough the waves, practically suffocating the player. This would make the game less dependent on ads, and more fun. (But the developers wouldn’t want that, would they. They want the money)Show lessNoobySupreme
Latest updated ruined the game
Yes this game like most had adds. Not a lot. But bonuses and after about 5 minutes. You would get three card choices when you hit an experience level. It was fun and a challenge but not stressful
With the new update you get adds about every minute or two. If you get one of the joker (bonus no draw back ) cards, you have to watch an add to use it.Show lessBriferret

Honestly, I used to love it this app. It was fun, I loved that it WASN’T pay to win, and ads were a lot more limited. I miss it. Goodbye, Pill Fortress, for you were once great, and now your kingdom, your legacy, has turned to dust in my eyes.Jobe D

The ads break
This is a great game and I love even if I have to sit through 2 ads per battle but those ads are basically gambles. Sometimes I’ll finish an ad but the button to exit just doesn’t work forcing me to restart the game and the battle. I’d like you to at least add an option to go back to the wave you were on thank youShow lessPlease fix this bug2

there are adds like 2 per round and Now they made some upgrades (the good ones) made them watch ads to get themcapperstick
Annoying adds!
This was a brilliant game until the adds were introduced on the battle upgrades, they wasn’t there before, and was so much better. You guys really need to remove the adds off the battle upgrades, and they have become more frequent too, this may put people off!Duffbeer1992
Greedy Devs
This game was fun, but super ad heavy. Ad to get an extra card off the start, ad to get all 3 cards one chance, ad to re-roll cards three chances, ad to revive one chance…all of which levels are basically unbeatable without. And on top of all those “watch ad for reward,” intrusive 30+ second ads every 30 seconds of game play. The ones with the 10-15 second timer but then you need to close out of multiple screens to get back to game play.
In the last update, now you need to watch an ad to get the joker card, and watching ads now has an infrequent bug where you don’t even get the reward you watched for (happens most on get all 3 cards).
“Purchase ad block” is supposed to be a feature that makes a fun game more fun. For this game, it’s almost a necessity to make the game even playable anymore. A real shame the devs got this greedy because the base game is pretty funShow less95pgttech
