Won't open

Downloaded twice and just get a white screen when opening. Restarting phone and all updated. Useless.

Basic functionality, needs improvement

Please add Face ID login as a high priority. Additionally, please simplify the contributions history - having the individuals contributions not add up to the total contributions (because of fees and tax relief) does not make tracking contributions easy, and other pension providers do not display contributions this way.

Good

Good to see pensions data in the dashboard though I use it occasionally. Bad thing is I have to enter user detail every-time. Also. Cant chat for queries related to my contribution

Awful experience

I’m left wondering how much experience Nest have in this business. It’s unlike any other provider I’ve ever had. Simple basic things are so much effort. The support is robotic but not as responsive.
Responses are long but useless. Quantity over quality.
I’m wondering Do they have any ux expertise?

Please add touchID

It’s a new app so I’m hoping that some features will be added gradually. However without touchID this app seems a bit pointless on older iPhones, as it is easier to access the account through the web. Thanks!

Awful

Keeps telling me that my account is locked because I’ve had three unsuccessful attempts to log in, which is odd as I haven’t logged in in over a year. They send me an email to reset my account on their website and when I try to it says…

“Page unavailable
Unfortunately we're experiencing a problem with our website at the moment.
We've let our Support Team know and they are working to fix it. We're sorry for any inconvenience”

so I’m currently locked out of my account with no way of getting in unless I phone them, what a waste of everyone’s time. Ridiculous!

Constant issues and errors

Recent user of the app - used correct details but kept saying password incorrect - reset password then locked account

Unlocked account and then crashed with a technical error

Maybe worth actually testing the app properly and implementing biometric login to bring it up to 2020 standards let alone 2024!!

Can use the app to see my pension value. How can I transfer old pension to here ?

The new app works well. Easy to navigate and features are good. Don’t see issues. See my savings and happy it’s safe with Nest. Thank you Nest.

Useful App

The app is working fine with new updates. As a member for multi years Im glad app allows to see my pensions anytime. Thank you Nest. Would be good to have a chat to clarify queries than calling.
