TrustEngine actively monitors your database to accurately anticipate borrower needs, turns opportunities into meaningful conversations, equips your team to coach, and emphasizes performance over process through a continuous measurement and optimization loop. The TrustEngine App advances the Borrower Intelligence Platform to provide: Urgency: Receive daily push notifications for new (or newly active) loan Opportunities, viewing a prioritized list of Opportunities, and status indicators that highlight what’s new or has the most recent engagement with Borrower Creatives. Context and Understanding: Drill-through to the “why” behind each Opportunity, supported by borrower, property, and financial details. This provides a comprehensive look at the importance of the Opportunity to this borrower, and offers context for meaningful conversations. Clear Next Steps: Tips for engagement include talking points; email, text and phone scripts; and a recommended MortgageCoach TCA presentation for coaching the borrower on related loan options. “Click to contact” buttons facilitate copying scripts and using them for immediate borrower outreach via email, text or phone.
