I started working with Cass a few months ago. Let me just say that Cass is the real deal. The information he brings and the compassion and care he has for his men makes the program work. He has realistic expectations and he is very optimistic. If you are struggling with your marriage, this is the app for you.
Probably the best marriage and self help guy I’ve ever seen. His story and what he explains sounds just like me and my problems- and makes me aware of the work I need to do for myself. It’s not easy, and it’s a slow road, but with accountability, it can be done.
Working on yourself is the main key. Forget the noise and stop playing victim and man up to your problems. Stuff don’t happen overnight, work is work and do the work. If you’re in a toxic relationship/marriage, guess what…it’s still your fault because you’re not your true self and you let that happen. Man up!
