One time of needed, failed miserably
Upon opening the app during an illegal contact by LE, it wanted me to fill out my personal information and do multi-factor authentication like I’d never set it up. Everything was blanked out, then it failed to re-signup multiple times during contact.
This completely defeats the purpose. Regret having spent good money on this. The idea was interesting, but implementation and support were unacceptable. Nothing was recorded, a lawyer was available an hour after. Long-standing interface bugs aren’t fixed either, preventing average users from entering PIN codes etc.
Fortunately a sergeant came out and confronted LEOs about the misconduct, and gave me information I’d need to navigate grievance procedure while documenting things for me. Relying on luck isn’t why I bought this. I’ve decided to cancel my subscription.

Too Slow
I was waiting for the attorney.
But no answer.
The entire traffic stop was over, and still, no attorney. It was scrolling the whole time over 8 minutes at least. I was able to cajole myself out of getting a ticket, but if I had remained silent and waited for the app (which never answered) I’d have gone to jail. I got this subscription to bless me not curse me. I like the concept BUT, If this happens again I’m going to cancel my subscription and tell EVERYONE to wait until THEY get their stuff together. It’s not worth paying the subscription fee if you’re going to catch a case anyway.
I should get some discount as well. The waiting stressed me out more than the traffic stop.
