The Nature of Thurrock Muslim Center (TMC) and Stanford Education & Cultural Association will be non-profit making, charitable, democratic, neutral and non-political organisation.
Beliefs: The fundamental belief of the Thurrock Muslim Center (TMC) and Stanford Education & Cultural Association is contained in the five tenets of Islam.
Aims & Objectives: To facilitate and organise social, educational, religious and cultural activities that would increase the understanding of Islam as a religion. In furtherance to good community relations, to improve human communication and develop a better understanding of Islamic - intellectual, cultural, social, scientific, economic and artistic contributions to the world, amongst youngsters, (Muslims and non-Muslims alike).
To co-operate with all organisations with the purpose of preserving Islamic identity and to understand and take part in all such activities effecting the Muslim community as a whole and also to affiliate and cooperate with other organisations (not necessarily Muslim) in furtherance of the area said objectives.
Our organization is registered and approved as a nonprofit in the UK. The Charity Commission for England and Wales has approved us with the Charity number: 1199590.
