Not worth it
I bought a week subscription and turned around and canceled it so I wouldn’t have reoccurring charges and that shouldn’t effect the week I bought. Well I was wrong because they canceled the subscriptions that you paid for and they also keep your money. You seem to have a basic misunderstanding of how subscriptions work. You purchased a weekly subscription and then cancelled it. As with every app on the App Store, a subscription that is cancelled will be active until the end of the subscription period. You will still have paid for the duration of the subscription because cancellations are not the same as refunds. Apple even explain this when you go to cancel and these are Apple's rules NOT the developer's. Looks like you're the one who's wrong eh? We give you a one star for competence!Horrible app

Worst EVER? Wow, that's quite the achievement! We saw this comment and had to contact the Guinness World Records to let them know that 'Peter griffin 24' had nominated us for this prestigious award. Unfortunately, they didn't agree. Not only did they test our app out and find that it worked very well, they also told us that they can't take your comment seriously. We have to agree. It is impossible to cancel the subscription. No cancel option in settings and NO phone number for support. The Help option is useless as no one will contact you with information regarding cancellation.ATL Darren

Darren, we replied to your email 8 minutes after you requested to cancel with instructions on how to do so. Perhaps your email provider is directing us to spam? As with all apps it is the customer's responsibility to cancel, as developers have no power to do so. You can cancel via this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428. Hello, we take product integrity seriously and everything you've said is factually incorrect. For each search result we provide 100 results ordered by closest match to the face that is provided. For each result, we provide a URL or social media handle, depending on the source of the data. While we can't guarantee to find every single person, we currently have access to over 813 million indexed faces from the internet, and every day millions more are being indexed. It is extremely accurate. We can't figure out what you mean by "only have a minute to go over the faces", because we do not provide a time limit to look over search results, and each search is saved locally on device for you to revisit whenever you'd like. This is an unnecessarily harmful and false review. If you have legitimate concerns, you can contact hi@doublecolourless.com where someone will respond directly to address any issues you might have.
