This game is great. I have never played this type of game before and it is very fun! I love all the different types of koi and the dragons. But one thing is that the time to turn a koi into a dragon is too short, I can’t upgrade my koi enough before it becomes a dragon.

Hello you can manage the time upgrading your koi to a dragon by waiting a bit longer between symbols. It won't upgrade until you have completed all of them for that koi.
Bit in the middle so far
This game seems great to start with. But very quickly becomes repetitive. I hate the way my koi are sorted. I can’t see which ones I should release and which are unique. If they could at least be grouped together, that would help. I don’t like that you have to start from slow non agile koi every time, even when you have upgraded the previous to maximum. Has the bones of a great game, but staring to get bored.

Quickly loses appeal
It’s novel and fun at first, but it soon loses any engagement and appeal because of its lack of variety, leading to repetitiveness.

Great Game!
It’s very easy to lose track of time when playing this game. My only complaints are we need bigger ponds more creature variety on each subsequent play through. It would be nice to not have the same exact things pop up all the time, mixing it up would help a lot. There needs to be an infinite Koi list. I don’t want to release any of them, to make room for new ones. Also, if we do release any of the fish, it should enable us to get more power up eggs for the effort. Another thing is allow us to go to level 10 on all of the fish. There’s no excuse whatsoever to hamstring my progression.

I don’t like that you can’t use your dragon after all the work you put into it.
The free-to-play version is arguably a better game
The free-to-play version of this game has limited slots for eggs and fish, and makes you wait to hatch eggs (or spend in-game currency). This makes for a better game.
There’s now a meta-game: what’s my best use of my limited resources, what am I best doing in the half hour that I plan to play the game, before doing something else while my eggs hatch?
With those limitations removed, you can play the game for hours and hours, which is unfortunate as it’s not a good game. There is precisely one decision you can make when swimming around in the pond, which is when to put points into getting rare eggs. Otherwise you do the same thing over and over again, just with a different skin or palette swap for your fish.
Also: Zen? The game is about being an apex predator, trying to capture prey which frantically try to escape your grasp. The meta-game of “gotta collect them all” actively encourages you to engage with the law of diminishing returns, repeatedly breeding fish types you’ve seen before many times before you finally get the one you need to finish your collection. Quite an achievement, to make a boring game so stressful.

It’s basically slither io but much slower and more boring

I love this! But I find it so hard to find the symbols and it takes me a whole hour to find them. I recommend making a map and it shows you where the symbols are. And maybe

Hello when you get the gems the koi should automatically move to the symbol unless interrupted. If interrupted there should be a button on the bottom of the screen to continue to the symbol.
