It is user friendly, but not as accurate as one would like. It also has no correction options when you know what it is and the app is wrong. An adapting or learning process to strengthen your product would definitely be a benefit to this app. It has limited photos as well. An example would be the many many different types of jasper or the multiple agates that are available but only two photos in the app is discouraging.

Cant identify stones at all. Tried on diamonds and emeralds. Waste of time ;)

Did not work
I took pictures of my crystals and I was like oh this is fun and then I took a picture of myself on accident and it came up as a diamond so I took a picture of my wall and it came up as like this $20,000 thing so I took a picture of my carpet. It came up as another diamond does not work. Don’t get this app and I had a amethyst and it came up as quartz.🫲😕🫱

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the scanner in the app is trained to recognize only crystals. If you try to recognize other objects, you will not get the correct result. To improve the recognition quality, please note that the image of the stone should be clear, without interfering background and with sufficient lighting.
